  Very happy with my experience here! I called in late one afternoon to open three accounts and Brooke went out of her way to meet my expectations. Despite the time of day, she stayed past the end of her shift to help me create the accounts I needed to create. I am looking forward to banking with American Bank & Trust after this experience.

  I have been Banking there for a while now. There always helpful and nice. My only issue now is how they do there loans since the one I use to go through no longer does loans. Might find a different bank for those but as far as everything else I'm pretty happy with this bank.

  I've been with AB&T for over 6 years and they have given me customer service beyond what I would have expected. Twice their scam service has contacted me to check on recent purchases, both times it was not my purchase. They cancelled my card and rushed a new card to me by Fedex in 2 days.. Happy to be with them after bad experiences at Regions.

  Horrible experience! They asked us to jump through irrational and unnecessary hoops at a very difficult time in our lives. We will never set foot in that bank again!
