  Left a credit union down the street refinancing mortgage and closing accounts in excess of $40k - CU never asked why leaving or tried to keep us (which they wouldn't be able to do). Tammi is astronomical at her job! Always friendly, smiling, helpful 5 Stars!!! All employees have excellent customer services skills including loan officers. Thanks for jobs well done!

  I have nothing but WONDERFUL experiences when banking at American Bank North side. Today Tammi waited on me with her usual wonderful smile and great personality.   This my first bank, and I love the mobile app because I'm able to see how much I make and transfer money as needed. I was having troubles with the app, but, luckily, they have amazing customer service. Vicki helped me out, and she is my favorite employee there.

  Tried buying a house from them that was in foreclosure and the gentleman that I was dealing with Mark apparently has it out for me and doesn't want to sell me the house wouldn't tell me what they want then wouldn't accept my offer, never counter-offered and then never called me back once they had possession of the house to show it to me so I can make another offer. Definitely can't say everything good about this Bank or mark h. I don't think Mark liked that I knew about what the previous owner owed and this bank is trying to make money not just move houses I thought that is what the real estate agent job was not a banks.

  lied to use said they could take care of the ppp small business loan application and couldn't. Had the paper work in 3 days before they ran out of money but they never sent it in .know its to late to start over with another bank. Thanks for nothing!!!!
