  Easter Sunday I was driving the mountain road in Big Bear where I live and a deer ran in front of my car. I hit it full force. American made sure my insurance company took care of everything they missed during the initial inspection. The adjuster missed so many things that if Mark and his team didn’t catch what was missed, my car would have been garbage. They are amazing!

  I just had American Auto Body repair my side door panel of my bright red Toyota 4Runner . They were very prompt and reasonable with the estimate and work done. The paint matched perfectly and the the job was completed earlier than the estimated time. They also washed and cleaned my car prior to pick up!!! Mark was also very informative about other protective options I am seeking to protect my vehicle from wear & tear. I am rough on cars and paint jobs as I commute long distances every month, so I look forward to the services that American Auto Body provide to help keep me and my Toy looking fabulous.

  Took my 20 yr old, 44k miles, pristine Chrysler 300M Special in for them to add a couple clips to the front bumper cover, drivers side. Dropped it off in the morning, called back at 5 pm and was told an employee hit my car while in the yard. When were they going to tell me? The left front bumper cover and hood were destroyed. They kept it for 1 MONTH and still didn’t get the right parts to replace what they damaged. As it happens, of course, Chrysler doesn’t make the hood or bumper cover anymore. So they replaced it with a cheap aftermarket bumper cover that looked horrible. I had to force them to take the old one that they wrecked in to be plastic welded. And asked at least 5 times for them to save me the old hood. The plastic weld job had “stretched” the bumper cover overall so when they put it back on it cracked at the weld site 2 days later due to stress, and they actually painted it with the wrong finish. Should have been flat finish and it was glossy so it doesn’t match the rest of the car. I wanted the old hood to salvage the windshield sprayers because they were made of steel and painted to match the car. The worst part is when I went to pick it up, they had it outside in the dirt installing the bumper cover with a Pop Rivet Gun in one hand and a beer in the other. Don’t take your car here, you’ll be sorry.

  Mark is my saviour in the time of Covid19! His generosity after my car accident... he has been truly wonderful. Seth works with Mark and is another phenomenal human being. They fixed my car perfectly, and they helped me with what I wasn't able to afford. They'll be my forever shop for sure. Thank you very much, I'll never forget your kindness.

  Mark and crew took great care of my car! I had the entire car repainted and he even painted the rims for me to make it look brand new, and never charged me for that. He also had it completed detailed and had a good buff done on it. He took me to and from the shops when I dropped it off and picked it up. He also gave me one of his personal cars to drive while I had the work done. I am truly thankful for the work that was done for me. I was also there for the below terrible comment that was made. This guy literally wanted everything for free just because it was taking longer for parts. Terrible way to try to get free work done...This place does amazing work.

  This is the worst collision center body shop i have ever experienced..i had to file a claim with my insurance company against them for refusing to fix my car correctly. Also used old parts instead of oem parts like they were payed for from my insurance company. Part of the front of my car is falling off and the owner refuses to fix it. Stay away from this place because they will ruin your car. Also I was mislead at the completion time of having my vehicle returned.paid deductible and still have old parts I have to go back in to get exchanged.. It's a mess! Scandolous shop! The owner Mark is never there and always make excuses on why he will take weeks longer than originally told. Steve refused to fix my bumper and always told they cannot fix it even though it was American Auto Body's error. Paint color does not match either. Stay far away from this place unless you want your car returned to you in worse shape before you brought it in

  Spent 45 minutes there . Was told they would email me an estimate . I never received an estimate . They ho-hummed on the phone the next day. I beleive they were looking for a commitment I would do the work rather than my diligence with estimates . Perhaps it was a lack of knowledge on a 1973 Ford truck . Seems like a strange way to do business to me .....

  was involved in an accident, American Auto Body was wonderful to work with! They fixed my car....and would highly recommend them for any auto body repairs. The Manager, Cevak is very Professional and Polite.

  Very happy with this shop and the quality work I received . Mark the owner and his professional staff handled everything with the insurance, and delivered the job on time. I would recommend American Auto Body to everyone.

  Had my truck "fixed" there months ago. When I picked it up and paid for the repairs, Mark said to drive it and let him know if there is anything that needs to be done. Well my headlights are all wonky. He said he ordered a new set and would replace them over a week ago but now he isn't answering my texts or calls. Very frustrated.
