  Buying a new home is always a stressful experience, especially the financing part. Sandy and her team will see you through. You many not be able to just go to the local bank and get a loan like the old days, but you can get a similar experience with Sandy's team. They are family run and they know their way around the business and the Northern VA market. They will keep you pointed in the right direction getting you the best rates and keeping an eye on refinancing opportunities going forward. They are responsive and patient. We were pleased with the outcome.

  We have used the great Grimes team at American Choice Mortgage for two refinances and two new home purchases. Each time they have been responsive, found us great rates, and wonderful credits back to us. Highly recommend for anyone including those looking for VA mortgages.

  I'll start by saying that buying a home is scary! We decided to go to Sandy and her wonderful staff after reading all the great reviews online. They set us up with an amazing realtor, and made everything that was so overwhelming at first seem so simple. There is no problem that she cannot solve.   I can't say enough about Sandy, Samantha, and the team at America's Choice. Buying a house upon Army retirement and during the COVID-19 pandemic was stressful, but their team worked through every incident (and there were a few) as if it were a minor annoyance. Any time I felt like things weren't going well, Sandy would say "I've got you" and bring me back from the edge 😂. I'll recommend them at every opportunity I get and greatly appreciate everything they've done for me and my family. Thanks for helping us get our dream forever home!

  Everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful and informative. As a novice home buyer, trying to move my family across the country, America's Choice Mortgage Company put me at ease. As I learned the home-buying process they were glad to explain every part of it to me and were professional with every inquiry I had along the way. They even drove an hour to get my signature when technology failed me. Their service and rates were a level that big name companies just could not provide for me at the time (summer 2018). I would be thrilled at the opportunity to do business again in the future.
