  This location is terrible. Calling customer service is more helpful then this branch. They can do more for you over the phone then in person. Closed my account and took my service over to Mountain America they know what they’re doing!

  I find the Bank inside the business of Macy's very convenient very convenient there's also a few other businesses and the same try this Macy's very convenient I really like it 👍

  If you're looking for banking the old-fashioned way, I suppose standing in line and waiting on hold for a few hours just to log into your account is nostalgic. I'm closing my account and never going back.

  Went in today and was treated great, super friendly, excellent customer service from the branch manager and tellers. Highly recommend this bank!

  I recently moved to Utah and opened an account at this branch. After verifying hours of operation for this branch, today I tried to go into the branch to deposit a size-able check and open a CD account. However, for some reason they were closed. Not good business practice to post hours and not keep them. Not a good way to start a banking relationship. However, went into the branch today and was helped by the branch manager. It could not have been a more pleasant or productive experience, surpassing all expectations. Extemely satisfied.

  Been coming here for months getting change for my business. Today they refused to give a roll of dimes because I "dont have an account" with them. I dont understand why thats relevant since its literally exchanging money for money. Daniel should be retrained immediately and my wife will be switching banking establishments

  My personal experience has been great so far. I'm not sure why some clients are having issues. I do most of my personal and casual business here. Everyone has been friendly so far.

  The best branch out of the others in Cache Valley. The only branch I have yet to visit is the one in Hyrum. But this one in particular is the greatest, most enjoyable environment a AFCU bank can possess. I hope you guys see this, you guys are doing a whole lot better than the other branches.

  Great place to bank. I had a wonderful experience transacting here and Daniel was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.
