  AFCU has great customer service, good rates, and great android app. They're willing to waive a overdraft fee once in a while and call you when there is suspicious card activity.

  I love AFCU and have had my money with them for decades. However with regards to the North Ogden branch, I will never return there. I've never been so mistreated by a customer service advocate before.

  Sub-Par: I opened my account back in the day when these guys were rated really well - nationally. Well, no longer. They have become a bunch of toffers, whom hold their account holder's with little regard. If you really need a good financial institution which provides you actual benefit, look elsewhere. AFCU will leave you hanging.

  We have been here banking since 1987 they've been fast friendly accurate and extremely helpful I would highly recommend using them if you're moving to North Ogden City Utah

  I love America First but I agree with the other reviews for this particular branch. I go out of my way to avoid it because the customer service is less than friendly. A little training would turn that right around :)

  We had a truck loan through this company and the rate is awesome! However, we paid the truck off and did not delete the direct deposit for them to withdraw the funds from our account. There was funds accidentally transferred to this account, for an undisclosed amount, instead of closing this account it looks like they recycled the information and now we are having trouble getting our hard earned cash back. When our checking account/savings account disputed the funds transfer AFCU did not respond or even try to help or respond to the letters of identification. Is this how they treat veterans and the spouses of veterans then by pass any business with them..

  I have never once been somewhere where I was treated so poorly by a staff member. Good bank, but don't use this branch.

  Member for over 20 years- multiple difficulties with this particular branch, ie- difficulty with payment transfers not, account transfers, online payment, etc. Use this branch as ATM only

  I've banked with them for years, after having bad experiences with other banks. I will always refer my friends and family to AFCU!
