  We had a great time working with McKay! He was quick, responsive, and put up with all of our questions as first time homebuyers. His team's ability to get us a super-fast close really helped to get us the house after six months of putting in offers. We really enjoyed the experience and would come back to Great American Lending for future purchases.

  I closed on a new home, financing through Great American Lending, this week. The rate and terms were great. It's the second house I've financed through them. I've also used them twice more for refinancing an existing mortgage. Without exception, I have gotten a great rate and terms (as good or better than anywhere else), a fast and trouble-free closing, and they have been very attentive, responsive, and competent every time I've worked with them, making a usually-painful experience as painless as possible. They're really great to work with. I've worked mostly with Dale and with Spencer. I won't hesitate to use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

  100% Recommend! We were beyond impressed with Great American Lending, we've already sent referrals their way within a few days off closing. We were wary at first and considered just using our credit union of 20 years, but you can't get service like this anywhere else. Spencer was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and always accessible when we needed him. We switched from a new home loan to a refinance and he helped us every step of the way, he made sure we got the exact loan we were looking for. We can not say enough about how easy the process was and how good this company and their loan officers were to work with.

  Spencer and Lori were fantastic to work with! Lori was always on top of my loan making sure everything was finished on time. Spencer went above and beyond to get me into a loan that no other lender even attempted, which in the long run will save me tens of thousands of dollars! I'm extremely glad I ran into them! I've worked with a lot of lenders and Great American Lending was the best I've ever found! If you’re not working with them then you’re not getting the best deal or the best loan!

  I had a great experience with Alex and Kristin at Great American Lending. I got an incredibly low VA interest rate, and Alex made himself available at all hours to make sure all the paperwork was completed ahead of schedule. I definitely got the local, no B.S. treatment, which was refreshing after doing a previous mortgage applications with several larger out-of-state brokerages. You will get a level of service here that is very difficult for the larger institutions to maintain at their scale.

  Worked with Spencer to refinance my house. Found him on Internet, never met him personally. He was very straight forward, honest, and quick. At the beginning I confess that I was a little skeptic. But he managed to get me the best rate and the best refinance experience I have ever had. Very professional and efficient!

  Spencer and Lori were able to help me do a simultaneous rental and purchase refi in under 3 weeks.   McKay was exceptional in giving me the best rates and service!! I started with a different company, but felt I could do better and McKay saved me a significant amount of money on my rate and closing costs!!   If you don't call these guys and get a quote your not getting the best deal ! I used Great American Lending for a refinance and was extremely happy with the professional service I received through out. Spencer took my calls answered ALL of my questions and Kristin was great as well. I will recommend this company to anyone who wants a great rate and the best service.
