  Went into this branch 15 minutes before they closed and there was only one person in line, they took about 15 minutes with that customer and then when we get to the counter the teller says "we can't help you because it's after 6 now, could you come back tomorrow?" I had to get my grandma loaded into the car and my kids just so they can verify my dad's ID in person to add him to a loan, and they couldn't even handle that for us! Customer service at this location is horrible and I would recommend going to another branch or even switching credit unions!

  McKenna, the branch manager was horrendous to work with. She repletely lied about mistakes her branch made with our loan. Didn't inform us of the the truth of what we were told to sign. Didn't actually investigate what the problem was just blamed us for the information we never received. She was rude from the get-go. America First doesn't suck but this branch does. Avoid the hassle go anywhere else!

  Sent prof of insurance on my vehicle multiple times and the insurance company did and they still put there in-house insurance on my loan that is 10x higher 900.00 per month what a scam one star

  Banking started alright however as I used my mobile app I repeatedly get locked out of my account. So I call they tell me to reset my password. I have done it three times and it continues to keep me out of my account by telling me I do not have an account and asking if I want to enroll. I have made sure my account number is right as well as each of the new passwords.... its not a user defect its a system defect one same because they have not yet fixed this problem and because I get the toss around when it comes to asking for help

  Completely satisfied. Very friendly. I actually enjoy going in instead of drive up just to say Hey and smile at everybody. :)

  Finally open now that covid is in full rage on the second wave. Not a fan of the chair for the sitting teller.
