  They are accommodating at this location, and overall I do like AFCU. They are wide reaching for a credit union but still friendly and feel like a credit union

  After 2 months of trying to solve a problem concerning my car loan, the team at this branch solved it in less than 2 days, took care of the waiting on hold on the phone for me, and kept me apprised of the progress at every step. Problem solving, team work, communication, and proffesionalism of this branch helped turn a frustrating experience into a positive one.

  Terrible experience, it has been a while since I have bought a new car. Recently I applied for a loan got approved etc. Well, I recently went to register my car at the DMV and had to pay $1,800. Because I did not pay sales tax on the purchase. I figured it was added to my loan but it was not. I talked to employees at the bank and i was told "Well, some of the loan officers don't know about that". That is a sorry excuse. They don't know thier job? Where is the training? You guys are just going to keep screwing people over on loans. I am lucky enough that i am able to pay the $1,800 and be fine but other people or familes may not. My parents were also screwed over having to pay $3.500. Out of pocket. This needs to be addressed to EVERYONE who applies for a loan, at ANY bank. This is terrible service and highly dissapointing. It's not hard to let customers know about sales tax so they don't have to pay high amounts of money out of pocket. I'm sorry but this is a failure on your end. Train your people. Do better. Other than that, very nice service.

  Excellent finance financial institution with superior products and offerings and great employees. They have your best interest in mind. They are locally grown and have now expanded even outside of Utah.

  Horrible experience. I applied and got pre approved for a loan. Then couldn’t get a hold of anyone for 2 days. Then they got all the information and wasted my time and the guy I was purchasing from to tell me that I was never approved. This place is an absolute joke
