  I have been with this credit union for many years. I love America First Credit Union but this location is truly miss as far as customer service. Most of the staff is friendly but on some occasions have come in and been treated rather rudely and been treated in a very short manner. Many of the other locations are much more consistent with their customer service. They are hit and miss as far as being helpful when it comes down to needing things taken care of right away. I have had no issues when I got a loan for my motorcycle they were very good but when it comes to taking care of lost checks or lost money orders they don’t seem to want to work with you or credit back your account although it’s up to the managers discretion. This location is always super clean and very large with a lot of parking. It’s very close to my house so I continue to come to this one but you never know what you’re going to get when you come in. * update* after dealing with the branch manager at this location they have gone above and beyond to take care of any issues that I have or have had in the past. Truly a very helpful woman. Would definitely recommend going to this location and if you have or have any issues dealing with that branch manager who is more than sympathetic and empathetic to her customers.

  So I wanted to leave a review today for an incident that happened on sunday (yesterday 3/08/2020) and the events that followed in this location after said event. I was at a local dollar store grabbing a quick few things that I figured would be useful, as I proceeded to pay for my items I mistakenly set my card on the counter as to put a few other personal items back in my pockets (wranglers are unforgiving on pocket size 😂) I didnt think anything of it and proceeded to the maverick to finish my errands for the day when I realized I didnt have my card! After about 10 minutes of checking everything I could think I checked my phone to see if I could have the card turned off. To my surprise I found the card guard app and immediately downloaded and turned off my card! Not even 5 mins after a person attempted to make a purchase of some type of machine at a local Michels store. I called the store and they said the transaction didnt go through (due to the card guard app) I figured with it being sunday and involving law enforcement was a little excessive for a card that is now off wasnt the way to go. I got up the next morning preparing for a 2 hours extra before I had to be to work, and the branch exceeded my expectations. Within 5 minutes they had a new card printed and I was all taken care of! Thank you to the teller who guided me on my options and thank you to tanner for making things easy and saving me time and worry! I highly recommend this location as well as the bank for any of your banking needs!

  I've always been able to get all my financial needs taken care of here. I've done multiple car and atv loans. Used them for a medialion stamp for some stock things. Setup a Visa credit card. Always been able to get my deposits done quickly whether inside or at the drive through. I've always felt like their rates are super competitive.

  Banking since 08' and nothing to complain about. Very nice to see people still working there from years ago.

  Complete crap company. I was never late on payments until I lost my job and wasn't able to for 3 months. They told me that I had to make a payment otherwise they were going to close my account and I told them about my situation inside the branch and with customer service. The lady in customer service said that me losing wasn't my fault. Which is true, but the fact that she (they) don't have empathy is ridiculous. Glad I switched over to Mountain America! I'll be more happy doing service with them rather that AMFCU. 😊

  So I've never been late on anything an I deposited a check they refused it so I'm a truck driver an couldn't get back in time to make a 35 dollar payment they put it on my credit an it took my credit an iui t dropped 80 points an they said nothing they can do wow they really messed my credit up

  If you are needing any kind of loan Do Not use this branch! They took forever to even start the process. I never had the same person they kept passing my loan onto a different person who didn't know what I was doing so I had to a answer the same questions all over again. They had no idea what they were doing. I love America first but will never use this branch for anything ever again!!

  Wanted to use my inheritance to open a Roth. Said that because my husband is primary on our membership the Roth would be his and not mine. Yeah like I’m going to put several thousand dollars into his name and I can’t access that’s stupid

  Great credit union. Feels safe and secure, staff is very nice and smart. I can go in there and get out pretty quick. Drive thru is efficient. Would recommend!
