  I am happy and pleased with my experience of refinancing my mortgage loan with Amax Lending. David, Steve, and Francis were very cordial and respectful in all of our correspondences. David and Steve were very efficient in collecting information needed from me to facilitate the loan process. David was very sensitive and empathetic to my needs answering all my questions thoroughly and with respect. They all kept me well informed throughout the processing of the loan.

  I didn’t know much about refinancing at first but I knew that rates were low so I was in the market to refinance, when I got a call from Joe, he really broke down and gave me a better understanding with the process. He did great from start to finish and was always honest and upfront with me. I’d recommend you giving Joe a call because he really did a great job with my refinance. Especially with being apart of the VA he really took care of me and closed my loan within a week. Thank you Joseph, I will be sending my family and friends to you!
