  The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because the people who work there actually have a lot of experience and knowledge. Even so, I found the employees to be argumentative, condescending and downright arrogant to say the very least. A few months ago, when I was "mandated" to come in, the person I met with was 20 minutes late. How unprofessional can you get? Then it dawned on me--the only reason they are "mandating" you to come in for an appointment is to try to upsell you on their products and services. They'll tell you, "Well, I really don't like seeing this so, you should do this, etc." Look, I'm the customer, and I'll decide what I want in my policy. Thank you very much! Even when I decided to take my business elsewhere, they STILL keep sending me unwanted things in the mail. I'm so happy to have left them! I'm now with someone who actually listens, shows empathy, and actually cares about my well-being, instead of someone who just sees me as another dollar sign walking in the door.

During the review with our customers, we put the coverage needs and proposals before each individual, ensuring that we've done everything we can to offer you the valuable products that our company offers.   Nestled among State College, PA and Mifflintown, PA is Amanda's Office. While I've never stopped in Lewistown, PA as I traveled far and wide across the state - Lewistown found me. I've been overpaying for car insurance for too long and I was blind as to the benefits I was missing. Maybe if I had made this change a year before I would have had roadside assistance without having to pay for it. Maybe if I had made this change a year before I could have saved $300. Ater two simple calls Amanda had driven me (ha! ha! ha!) into a new insurance - one that was better in budget and in benefits. She discussed the benefits at length and stood with me as I made the difficult call of breaking up with my supposedly progressive provider. I am set up with a new insurance, a new insurance agent, and somebody who cared about my insurance needs. Hear me far and wide on the Internet as I proclaim Amanda the best Insurance Agent I've ever dealt with. All right, get your insurance from them - it is ridiculous how much I was overpaying.

  They were very hospitable when I went in for my appointment. The information I was provided with was very informative, because I really didn't understand the policy and Amanda was patient enough to explain the details.They also provided me with the best rate of insurance.

  This group of people are very professional and very responsive. They take the time to to review your coverage letting you know if you are over covered and suggest areas that you may need more coverage. We now have better coverage and a lower rate. Thank you Rebecca and Amanda.

  The agent was very professional as well as very educational she knew what she was talking about as far as the insurance was concerned and she really showed a lot about my interest she made sure that I understood everything that she was explaining to me before I signed anything and she also was showing me the different quotes and rates and giving me an option to decide if I had to I would recommend people tell State Farm Insurance I had a over all wonderful experience
