  RUDE! We pulled in to get gas, two people standing at the counter talking to the cashier, glared over at us, and then just kept staring. I went in to get soda, again those two people who aren't employees stood in the way at the counter, just staring and giving us dirty looks. The cashier was very unpleasant and rude, I said "Hi how are you" no response from her. the only time she said anything was when she said my total. I paid with my debit card as they accept cards here, she rolled her eyes when I swiped it, then handed me my receipt. I said "thanks, have a good evening". Again, she didn't respond but glared at me, while the other two people at the counter glared at me. Went out to the car, and waited for my friend to come back out, and they just kept staring at us through the window. Rude and unprofessional, I am a cashier at a convince store, too. If I acted like that at my job, I would be fired! Will not come here again when I'm in the Alum Bank area.

  Some of the workers are just plain rude and dont care about the customers. They dont even talk to you unless they have to most of the time. Used to be a good store, but they have horrible customer service skills and are extremely rude. One manager told me that I couldn't park there, and was nasty about it. However my husband was inside the store and I was talking to a friend of mine. Needless to say, I stayed parked and then my husband and I walked across the street to talk to family. She was extremely angry, but couldn't do anything because we had purchased items from the store making our parking valid even after we walked across the street.

  Actually this took place during the car show, our parking is for customer's only... not for the car show. 😉 That's y you were told no parking Nikki, Have a nice day!!

  I went in to pay for gas and very nicely said hi how ya doing to jo jo ..she replied with the same..i walked out of the store and some other girl that i dont know was staring and pointing so my friend went in and asked if she wanted her to come back in and the girl said no and that Lorraine and she needed to leave the store ..she called us crackheads and other names i wont repeat ..she was absolutely not professional in any way and i will be reporting jojo and the other girl to the better business bureau ! She had no right to tell us we had to leave because i was completely pleasant ..they need new workers there !!

  I love the place been there forever. Nice little store and food place. The food so far has been awesome and priced well. I love the girls whom work there always friendly and pleasant to me. I also enjoy the electronic skill games!!!!!!

  Awesome Saturday special - Philly Steak & Cheese, fully loaded with pepper & onion, on a crispy on the outside & super soft on the inside roll, massive cut home style fries & drink for $6.99. Couldn't finish it all. And the homemade crwam puffs are to d in for!

  We stopped be twice today ,,going to Johnstown and coming back cashiers we,re very nice,,no rudeness at all very pleasant.

  It's a gas station but service is always bad. Typically you'll have to go outside and get a cashier to ring you up.

  This place has really gone down hill since Fleegle's sold it. Wish they would build a sheetz across the street.

  Gas prices are too high and staff are not very friendly at all really not at all
