      I had irregular balance that kept showing as interest on the credit card since January on payment owed. I was in the office on University today and Brian was very helpful and took care of it. It wasn't a lot of money but I try to pay cards without paying interest. Thank you Brian at Altura on University Ave Riverside.

      Horrible!! Im tired of getting judged if i dont look like i have MONEY!! Im a single mom struggling with not alot of time on my hands and Today i was asked to take off my sunglasses for the camera by Jennifer "Jenn" for a copy of my transaction after i already gave her my od and debit card this is INSULTING AND UNCALLED FOR!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT BRANCH AGAIN!!!!

      This location (Don't know about others) does NOT participate in the credit union Co-Op. They advertise they do. Subtracted 2 stars for advertising they do and wasting people's time and gas going there.
