  I was treated very poorly by another lender. Never returned my calls text or emails. My Realtor Pedro let's try my loan officer The Beard. Jesus was very patience his staff was amazing!   I was kind of hesitant at first because we didn't think we wouldn't get approved but jesus said we could do it!! The process was long but we worth it at the end. Got the mortgage payment I wanted and rate, also my low down payment for closing. The whole time Africa was great with communicating!!! Very helpful every step of the way. Jesus and his team were great!! Highly recommend Alterra home loans

  As builder it is always hard to find a strong lender. I was very happy with Jesus. He helped me purchase a a single family that needed to be completely rehabbed. We did a Renovation loan the property came out great! Thank you Jesus and his team! Can't wait for the next one!

  Jesus and his team were absolutely spectacular. With even a limited timeframe they were able to work efficiently. Communication was consistent, with Jesus able to answer questions within minutes. The entire team is organized and hard workers. We were always given assurance of the work they were doing and the entire process.

  Communication is the 1st thing to keep your buyer happy. If there is no communicat you are at risk of loosing a buyer. Responding to a text or call in 3 to 4 days is very unprofessional. Buying a home is a very stressful process but, working with a group of people who fell to answer your questions, return a text or call makes the process even more stressful.

  Easy, Fast and efficientl I had a BK a few years back, every place I went to said NO. I found Jesus on Facebook. We met he reviewed said we can do it. 30 days later I'm a home owner. Now I'm ready to buy my second house with Jesus. His assistants are the best they make everything so much easier. Thanks girls!

  Working with Jesus is easy! I wanted to buy a house but I don't earn much. We found a cheap house in the area where I wanted. But it needed several fixes. We took out a renovation loan. And we were able to close in the house. They always answered calls to their assistants, and they helped us through the whole process. Thanks to Jesus and his team!
