  If I could give negative starts I would! So disappointing working with this people, they are unprofessional and irresponsible; 5 MONTHS working on my loan with three different employees and none of them could do the job right; they didn’t work anything out; Im losing my earnest money; my option fee, the appraisal fee, the home owner certificate Fee, and some documents I had to pay to get them done to submit to the application etc. because they took forever to do the loan process which I did not get, just waisted my time, my money (about 2,500) oh and the endless stress! I had to be paying month by month rent at the house I’m renting which is a waste of money too thanks to this people because they took 5 long months, my realtor had to ask the home seller for multiple extensions for the closing date because they were never ready, they should have at least said the loans didn’t work out but now they don’t even pick up the calls; so unprofessional. First employee: could never pick up calls, he use to take days to call back; too hard to keep up with him because he was always busy; took three months to do his half job Second employee: tried to continue with the loan but he could not get it done either; Not friendly sometimes rude Ant the last employee tried to finish the job but she couldn’t either Do yourself a favor and get a different loan company.

  I spoke to Bailey a few times and never did I receive any response to any of my questions. This place lacks communication!
