  Stopped by to use their drive-thru ATM. I liked it. Easy to navigate through, the ATM itself was responsive and worked great, Especially since they allow you to choose between denomination of bills.

  Customer service is amazing. I have both Bank of America and Alta Vista and the comparison isn’t close. BofA needs to step their customer service game up.

  This branch has become a joke. For the longest time the drive-thru ATM never wanted to work. They officially closed it off. And now they're walk up ATM never wants to work. I was able to take money out but then when I wanted to deposit money to a separate account it wasn't accepting deposits.

  Hi Nicole. Thank you for your review of Alta Vista Credit Union - Rialto. Unfortunately for our drive-up ATM, it was extremely vandalized and we are in process of replacing it and repairing the surrounding area which takes time to be done properly and up to satisfaction. However, we'll need to look into what is going on with the walk-up ATM and see why deposits weren't being accepted.

  I have been having this bank for about a year now and it couldn't be any more than perfect. The staff has always been great and nice, they rarely ever take long but when they do, they make sure to be checking up on you and give you updates of the wait the best that they can. Would definitely recommend this place. They always try their best to look out for you. Also quick shout out to Nancy, she helped me out not to long ago to apply for credit card and her help couldn't of been any better. I really appreciated her help.

  Never busy. In and out quickly at this branch vs. their Redlands location which is getting ridiculous due to Canes.

  Odin was one of the best employees from a bank I have ever worked with. He was transparent, honest, friendly and extremely helpful. Despite him still learning his new position in loans, he was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Thank you Alta Vista, and thank you Odin!

  Not a good union for doing things online such as sending or receiving money thru cash app, zelle, bitcoin or anything like that. Internet shopping is half of the worlds shopping revenue, especially during this pandemic. I understand security but i should be able to make my own financial decisions with MY MONEY...

  They don't have a bunch of BS fees where you end up owing THEM $ at the end of the month. My husband loves this establishment better than any bank around here(all the big banks are in the vicinity) & he used to be a Bank Teller so that should say it all. Reason for 4 stars & not 5? They do not have very many locations, so if you go out of town you might have to travel a couple towns/cities away if you needed to actually go into their establishment. But my biggest pet peeves is the damn coffee machine at the Rialto location..please for the love of whoever get something the common Joe can use! It ain't cool to tease customers with all those wonderful smelling beverages & then have no idea how to work the machine. And no, I'm not going to ask a bank employee to get me a cup!

  They don't allow cbd healthy businesses They are no bueno for business accounts LLCs Or partnerships. Only 2 locations to visit in the inland empire closed my account even tho I've been a dedicated member for over 10 years and was closed due to promotion of Cannabinoid. With not even a fair warning dont recommends them. Strangely have great customer service at locations and over the phone
