PurpleCon1Their new online banking is horrible, either is down or all the dashboard pages won't load, online customer service is none existent, it usually takes a week to get any answers. Sunday afternoon and it won't log me in to my accounts. I get this error "Confirmation took longer than expected. Please try again." My internet is fine...

Jonathan Smith1This branch repeatedly violates their own agreements set in place regarding checking accounts, specifically that accounts can be at a zero balance. I used the accounts to deposit cash into and to transfer to my primary expense account in San Diego (prior military). I have received multiple calls regarding my accounts. On one occasion, an employee flat out lied to me and said that it was mandatory I carry a balance. I asked her to send me the documentation she said she had. She never did (because it doesn't exist). I just got a call today stating that they are closing my accounts... To experience such a lack care and service is disgusting (especially in these times). This bank apparently has too much money and doesn't need or value customers. Avoid at all costs and bank with a business that values you. Alpine Bank, you just lost a customer for life.

Jessica Schoonover1They get an F for customer service. Don't expect to use their restrooms because the employees don't want to share the restrooms as if segregated bathrooms were still a thing. It's quite unfortunate, but I suppose at least the employee did it with a smile. I personally wouldn't ever switch to this bank. I guess it's better me than my child needing to use the bathroom. Although, I'm 100% sure they would deny a child as well.
Response from the ownerHey Jessica :) Keeping our customers and other patrons safe is Alpine Bank's top priority. Due to COVID-19, we have temporally closed our public restroom. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
