  Being a first time home buyer, Alpha broke everything down and made sure my wife and I understood everything that was going on. It is a great atmosphere in the office and the staff was always easy to get along with and very knowledgeable to talk to if we had any questions, even about the smallest things. My wife and I would definitely recommend Alpha to any of our peers looking into buying a home in the area!

  I would highly recommend anyone looking a new home and needing a great lender to contact Alpha Mortgage of Jacksonville! All of the people I worked with there were very helpful from start to finish! All very knowledgeable and very friendly! The hole whole process was pretty quick and the members work diligently to make sure all of your questions are answered!

  We've been looking for a house for well over a year now. After backing out of two we finally found the one. Amy wasted absolutely no time getting us into a brand new build with a great rate. Her and her team were quick to make sure we had everything we needed especially since my husband was gone during literally all of it. Amy definitely knows what's she's doing and if not she figures it out instantly. Based off of her, I could only imagine how great the rest of the Alpha Mortgage team is. We will continue to deal with them for any future needs.

  The best Mortgage company we have come in contact with! We have had contact both Navy Federal and BB&T regarding mortgages and they cant compare anything to Alpha! They were very informative and helpful. Friendly, guided us through every step and didn't hesitate to answer any of our questions! Definitely recommend them for your home buying needs!!

  I have been with my bank for many years and had my first mortgage loan with them, so I was reluctant to go with a local mortgage company that I had never heard of. Honestly, it was the best decision that I had ever made. My realtor Wes Hart and my Loan Officer Amy Goss have a close professional working relationship and was able to do all the work with minimal input from me. Amy Goss at Alpha Mortgage got me a stellar interest rate and got my closing cost to $0. I was even refunded my earnest money. If I had questions I could text or call anytime day or night and would get a speedy response. The VA process was simplified and she has tons of experience working with the VA loan process. You can’t ask for anymore! Hands down I recommend Alpha Mortgage over any other company around.

  Mary Horrell and Shayna Buie in Jacksonville were amazing. They worked quickly and effectively in order to lock in a low rate for our new home. Due to their thoroughness, the paperwork was very quick and easy to understand. Their professionalism and ability to answer any questions (no matter what time) made our home buying experience a delight. To Alpha Mortgage...Thank you guys for all you've done. We really appreciate everything you've done for us and will definitely recommend you to anyone in need of a mortgage loan.

  Thomas Baldwin was recommended by our realtor and we were not disappointed. He and the other people in his staff were easy to communicate with and did what they said they would do. My wife and I will be doing business with them again for our next home purchase!

  When my husband and I decided to move to North Carolina we imagined there would be stress and deadlines and all the things that happen when buying a home and dealing with Mortgage companies. Not Alpha Mortgage. The process was very smooth. The most important thing is the person who actually picks up the phone and returns calls when you need support and questions answered at any time of the day. I am confident to highly recommend Alpha Mortgage and would like to mention my loan officer Mr Thomas Baldwin. I called him so many times and texted as well, all hours of the day during the process. Thomas answered all my texts and calls not only the same day but after working hours as well. He was picking up takeout Chinese for his family and I called him. He answered the phone via handsfree in his car and while I was panicked over a snag document, he patiently listened and worked out the problem easily. Stress is always there when buying a home and working with a mortgage company but when you have Alpha Mortgage in your corner the stress is non existent. I am so pleased with Alpha Mortgage that I want to help anyone and everyone experience the same excellence my husband and I have. Don’t just settle with any ordinary mortgage company.   My wife and I just bought our first home. I was away on business in Japan for six months and closed on the house the week I got home. Alpha Mortgage and especially our loan officer (Richard Lamotte) were especially helpful in getting documents to me electronically and answering questions after-hours, sometime very late in at night. Richard was literally available 24/7. My wife and I tried four different mortgage companies, but Alpha Mortgage was the most proactive and competed with other lenders, resulting in a low rate for us. In sum, with Alpha Mortgage we got the lowest rate and best service...a complete win for our family in limiting an inherently stressful process.
