  I love this credit union. They are very kind and helpful. Flexible payments and charges. Highly recommend if you need to boost your credit. I raised my credit from zero to 700 in 6 months. Alpena alcona credit union is such a great place to help you get where you want to be. Very low rates and fees. Thank you so much for all of your helpful assistance.

  I recently became a member at AAACU and wished I had done it sooner. I now have an auto loan, mortage and credit card with them at amazing rates! When I went through the mortage process to purchase my home they made the process stress free and were always their to answer any questions. I mostly worked with Danielle, Amanda and Annah. They all all did a fantastic job and would highly recommend anyone to go through them for your financial needs.

  Personnel at the credit union helped me get a different credit card with a lower rate, as well as refinancing my auto loan, which really helped with payments and my overall credit score. They are super friendly, you can get them on the phone easily and they want you to succeed financially, which is a good feeling. They are just as happy for your successes financially as you are, which is heartening. Give Paula a call at the Oscoda branch, she really helped me out a lot. I plan on working with them in the future for other financial needs.

  I have been a member for over 15 years and moved all of my family’s accounts here several years ago. Loan app processing has always been quick and easy. Each time our credit cards have been compromised Amanda has helped to rectify them and promptly get us new cards. All of the staff at Oscoda are always friendly and professional. Excellent place to do your banking.

Professional, courteous and welcoming are just a few words to explain the Oscoda/AuSable Branch and the employees that work within.   Paula at AAACU (Oscoda/Alcona) was so helpful with our Jeep refinance. She made it so easy. We've been members for 40-45 years and can't imagine going anywhere else for our loans and banking. :)

  I have never had such a quick and pain free car loan process. We were out of town, but able to sign documents electronically, so we didn't have to wait for regular mail delivery. The money was wired to the dealership, so I didn't have to stop by a bank to pick up a certified check. I basically got to walk into the dealership, shake the sales guys hand, and get handed a set of keys for our new vehicle. It was bordering on mystical. Thank you to the Oscoda/Ausable AAACU Branch,
