  I am very happy with Charlene at the Ossineke branch and all the other staff there, they are friendly, knowledgeable and remember who you are just like Family. I have used AAACU for almost 30 years and would recommend it to anyone any time.

  Everyone is so helpful. They all have smiles on their faces. It was super easy opening a safe deposit box with Charlene, she is very knowledgeable. I suggest AAACU to everyone that is looking for a great place to be a member.

  I absolutely love dealing with all the girls at the Ossineke branch. They're always helpful with whatever it is and never make me feel like I'm a bother. They go above and beyond and always with a smile on their face!

  I love the AAACU employees at the Ossineke branch... they are respectful, kind, patient, and they remember me, personally know me, as though I am a part of their family. They are willing to problem solve, they helped me devise a plan to save quarterly taxes for my private practice. AAACU takes great care of their employees and that transfers to the care they share! Thank you for all you do!!

  Love the Ossineke credit union, the staff are always so helpful. I know someone who drives out to Ossineke just to go to the credit union, because of how the staff make him feel while he is there!

  After dealing with a awful woman in Lincoln named Lorna. I came to this location and was greeted by a friendly and professional employee named Deb. It was night and day difference in atmosphere maybe someone from this branch can go to the Lincoln branch and teach them a few things about customer service.
