Diana Randolph1I have been a customer for a very long time, however I'm looking to change to another credit union or bank. Their customer support is very weak. Several months ago, I tried to get electronic access to an account that I was joint owner on. It wasn't until my 3rd call (and several hours) that I luckily landed with someone who was able to fix the problem within minutes. More recently, they put out a new mobile AP ... that I can't get into without putting in my password. The previous one let you use a code. The new one only allows fingerprint, except it doesn't work if you have a screen protector. I was told a while ago that this issue was being worked. So far, I've heard nothing. Ap still doesn't work. Instead of fixing problems, they are focused on changing their name... which helps no one. An example of an institution focused on the wrong things.

Shelby Irvin1Every time I come to this location the atm machine never works. I’m highly upset. The atm should work outside of normal business hours. If not, post it on the website so I can save a trip to the CU. Don’t recommend this location at all! They don’t have normal business hours on Wednesday!

Allegra Nkabyo1I recently bought a new vehicle and got a new car loan through this bank. My first payment was due last Sunday. I tried to pay in the app but there is not an option to pay on the app using any other form of payment other than a transfer from a checking/savings through them. However, I only have the car loan through them. I have never missed a payment with any company but I ultimately could not figure out how to pay even on their website. I got an email explaining how to do it at 11 pm when I was already asleep. I called 1st thing in the morning to explain what happened and the bank teller was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for the manager's phone number and I gave him a call that evening but he did not answer. That was Monday.. Yesterday (Tuesday) I called him again and he still did not answer. I am not sure if the employees warned him that I would be calling to complain about the poor customer service but until he answers I will be leaving reviews about my terrible experience. I will ALSO be refinancing through another bank.

Bernadette Molnar5I've been with USAA for about 8 years and always believed their customer service to be the best, but I'd have to put Alltru right there with them. They were helpful with answering all my questions and really went above and beyond what I expected.

B Cole5Julie was AMAZING! She was so kind and patient with me. She explained things in great detail and COMPLETELY turned my day around. I really appreciate her and you guys should too. I really didn’t want to end my relationship with this bank because all in all this is a great bank. I’m just extremely happy that Julie was able to help me. Words can’t describe how amazing her customer service is. She de-escalated the situation like no other. Julie is definitely worthy of a pocket promotion there’s no way you guys are paying her enough. Curt Laneman5Jessica Peluso is an asset to this company! She worked up my loan so quickly and got me a check literally by 12 on a Saturday! She goes above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had! She should get a raise because to keep a great person like that should be compensated! Excellent service, very knowledgeable and will be back to do business with her again!

Kevin M1Wanted information on current loan rates and they ran a hard inquiry on my credit without even notifying me beforehand. They should have been upfront and I would've politely walked out. If online companies can do a soft inquiry that doesn't affect your credit score, so can 1st Financial "Credit Union." What good is a credit union that doesn't support it's members? My "evil bank" was able to meet my needs over this place. *P.S. If your score isn't at least a 700, don't even think about getting a decent loan here.

Ashley Thompson1I have dealt with, on numerous occassions, unprofessional and rude behavior from their employees after THEY have made major mistakes regarding my shared branch account. After having made complaints in the past, which seem to have been next to useless, it has become even more clear to me that they could not possibly care less about the way their clients are treated OR how their accounts are handled/managed. I will be making another complaint, this time hopefully to someone that cares to do something about it, and will never set foot in their St. Charles location again. If you enjoy knowing your accounts are handled respectfully and correctly, I recommend you don't either.

Tari White-Johnson5I had a unfortunate mishap with the ATM not depositing the correct amount of money to my account. I called member services and was advised of what I needed to do. I went into my local branch and completed the proper paperwork and my money was returned to me within the same day. I thank them so much because I had a bill coming through that I didn’t want to bounce.
