      I like AllSouth but dont ever try to call them. Its all automated and noone ever picks up the phone. I tried 2 times today and was holding for over 30 minutes before giving up. I can't find a way to message them either, other than waiting 2-3 days for a reply. If you're going to communicate with them, you have to go old school and drive to a branch. Come on AllSouth, the future is here...Join us.

      The address says Elmwood Dr. But it took some driving to find it. MP to this place needs Updating Bad. From downtown take Bull toward Elmwood. At Laurel St. turn left. Go to Gadston St Turn right. Bank is on left before light at Elmwood. Too easy this way. I hope this helps next visitor.

      I would not recommend a mortgage loan from here, because the only loan AllSouth offer is a conventional loan. After they pulled my credit, how convenient.

      I have been with allsouth fcu since my teenage years . Started with a savings account now im 39 and allsouth really showed out when it comes to financing and borrowing they really will do any and everything to help those that are trying to help them selves.       My husband financed a used vehicle through the dealership with Allsouth and got the best rate he’s ever gotten! We decided to look at trading my vehicle for something upgraded and we were able to get preapproval which made our hunt so much easier. When we landed on a beautiful used Lexus, Jake Carr was happy to tell us that he could offer an better rate than expected and got terms that worked better than my current loan! Jake was awesome and made this process smooth! He’s friendly, communicates timely and has excellent customer service! So glad to work with a local bank and get better terms and service!

      Find somewhere else to bank because allsouth ain't it! They use to be a good bank but fell off over the years especially the phone customer service is the worse. Closed my account and moved on happily!?

      Im not sure what branch Trinity Jackson works at but she's the best customer service rep. Very helpful and fast...somebody give that girl a raise. Best banking experience! Better than Safe fed. Or Mid Carolina.

      $120.00 was taken out of my account. I was trying to figure out why. As I looked at my transactions, I noticed that $30 non availability of funds fees were taken out four times in 2 days. A representative explained to me that a payment had cleared but my acct didn't have the funds to cover it. In all actuality there were funds to cover all of my scheduled automatic payments. That only explained one of the $30 transactions though. Because they took $120.00, that was supposed to be there to cover another payment, I then got two overdraft charges totalling $60.00. Total rip off. I will definitely be finding another bank.

      Customer Service this morning at 10:30 was horrible. No greeting and the person before me left before I did and I was the only one in the teller line before that. Upon looking at the window to see what was the hold up, one female is looking back at me and then said something to the other female which made her get this attitude look on her face. They continued to talk as if I’m not waiting and I finally get my transaction. This is not acceptable at all especially for a customer that has been banking with AllSouth since 2007!! Do better please!

      I have been a member of ASFCU for over 30 years. I have borrowed over a million dollars from them over the last 10 years or so, and paid every cent back with interest even paying off my last mortgage early without a single late payment ever. I never had so much as a late payment on any loan I ever had in the last 20 years. My family is expanding and we needed a bigger home. I applied for another mortgage. After jerking me around for over 4 weeks, and after I gave them every document they asked for, and insisting that I transfer a property back into my name from a family trust, they finally came up with some lame excuse regarding how I held titled to another property completely unrelated and also legally irrelevant. My credit score is over 800 and there was absolutely no excuse for stringing me along and then telling me "Sorry for wasting your time...." I called TD Bank and they approved the loan within 12 days and locked me into a great interest rate. The incompetence and the disrespect that they showed a 30 year plus member is stunning. If my employees treated one of my clients the way that ASFCU treated me, I would fire every last one of them on the spot. Don't fool yourself. ASFCU doesn't give a rat's you know what about you. All you are is a number and they could not care less about you. I really suspect that the real reason that they did not want to loan me the mortgage is that I paid the last one off in about 5 years and they didn't make much money off of me in interest, so they made up an excuse just to make me go away. No problem! I will be happy to take all of my business to TD. ASFCU used to be actually helpful to their "members" 10-20 years ago, but the bigger they get the less they care about their members. I would strongly recommend that you not do business with them.
