  George Souto helped my wife and I accomplish our refinance. We sought out George to refinance after he did our origninal mortgage 9 years ago. Once, again we couldn't be more pleased. George made the process quick and easy. The online web services made submitting paperwork and signing documents a breeze. Not only did george provide solid financial assessment, he accompanied that with solid financial advise. I will recommend his services to all my friends and family. I couldn't have been more pleased.   I was very pleased with Allied Mortgage in the refinancing of the mortgage for my home. I had started with another company who turned out to be foney luring people with low rates and very rude customer service but the rep for Allied and all her colleagues I dealt with, and their processes were very easy and efficient. Rapid approval and great rate.

  Kirk Hagert is the best in his industry! He assisted me every step of my mortgage refi journey and responded within minutes to no longer than a couple of hours every time I emailed him or cc'd him. He explained the process and updated me consistently. He was always very reassuring as well during an anxiety-filled process. I would recommend Kirk without any hesitation. I cried when I got my mortgage approved! I owe him a great deal.

  Allied team was ignorant of the underwriting rules and regulations. We submitted documents, but then it turned out that neither of our incomes would qualify due to technicalities (start dates and moves). This was not communicated promptly. Instead, over 3 weeks passed before we were informed of the problem by our REALTOR (delaying closing). Appraisal was scheduled late and the fee was increased 2 times (yet the receipt still showed the original fee, making things very suspicious). They do not allow POAs either which would have been helpful to know ahead of time as this is standard practice and would have saved a lot of inconvenience. Even the closing attorney was surprised. The documents they sent had numerous errors as well including our addresses and other facts. Complete amateur hour - never again. Maybe they can do simple things like refinancing (they were cheaper on closing costs) but they still nickel and dime and the hassle of incompetence and delays are not worth it. They are a large and incompetent bureaucracy with apparently an inexperienced team. Stick to a small local company.

  I want to Thank Ed Smith from Allied Morgage Group, him and his colleagues go above and beyond what I thought. We recently refinanced our home and he made it so easy!! He worked with us and even saved us a bunch of money!!! I will definitely tell everyone and will use again!

  I can not thank Mr Souto enough, he’s amazing man, and professional. He answered my calls even on weekends or holidays, I highly recommend Allied Mortgage.

  This company did not try to prioritize my situation in the slightest, they do not deserve your business, due to their gross negligence the time from having the seller accept my offer and signing on the house was over 9 months, they lost documents multiple times and wouldn't follow up with their clients as their duties dictate. Very disappointing experience

  I would never enlist the services of a company that post online advertisements that automatically play audio and video. Very unprofessional.
