  I love Denise she is always eager and willing to help. Whenever I have a question she has the answer. She made the changes go by easy for me to understand. The atmosphere is relaxing and they are very professional and if I could give 10 stars I would.

  I have been a customer of the Tappahannock Allied Cash Advance office for many years now. I have been very pleased with the service I have received and honestly can’t complain at all. Denise and Ebony are always polite and helpful. When I go in to make a draw, they greet me respectfully and are quickly on task to get my paperwork done and my money ready for me. Same goes for when I call my payment in. They quickly have my file ready and accept my payment over the phone and I’m done. This way of payment for me is so very convenient because I’m disabled and I limit my driving to only a few days a month. Now if you guys could only come up with a way to handle transferring draws into a customer’s bank account when they make a draw! This would be a great convenience for me because of my disability and having trouble getting to the Allied office at times. Of course I would assume it could be a benefit for long term customers who are reliable to the Allied business. Just a suggestion! In closing, Allied has 2 great employees with Denise and Ebony.   I stopped by to inquire about a loan and Ebony C assisted me. Even though I didn't have all required documents, she still provided exceptional customer service and walked me thru the process. Nowadays good customer service is hard to come by. Thanks Ebony!

  Not worth a darn. I advise everyone to leave them alone. Every month they tack another 60.00 on to your account. They are a get over company. My advice, leave them alone.
