  This is the only banking establishment that does not allow a person to make principal-only payments. When I inquired, the staff had an attitude telling me. It’s like they don’t want anyone paying off there loans early. I suggest you search elsewhere if you are getting any loans. Go somewhere you can make extra payments to the principal. Definitely this isn’t this c establishment for you. .

  It's October 2020 the lobby is open please apply social distancing and wear mask while inside. They provide hand sanitizer. No public restroom. Accessible parking is available. Building is wheelchair accessible too ♿. A very clean bank with very friendly employees.

  I can't say enough great things about the Taylor location! Jennifer Bartos, the branch manager, is amazing. She really takes her time and listens to her customers. She made us feel like family! The banking center is so welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend this banking center.

  I've been a member for over 17 years and their staff have gone above and beyond to ensure I always had a great experience. I had to close my account due to moving further away and again, was treating with great respect and helpfulness. Great staff and you will be missed.

  I love this credit union. I've been a member for around 13 years now and have not had any problems with my service or the workers. Keep up the good work.

  I love the service of this credit union, but it’s absolutely ridiculous how their debit cards work. I’ve made a purchase at a movie theatre and then the purchase doesn’t show up till a week later!
