  Just refinanced my car there, The switchover was pretty easy. Would like to give a shout out to Pam Thompson for making the transition very easy. Very polite and helpful during the transition. She brought down my interest rate and payment down quite a lot! Could not be happier! Thank you Pam..

  I recently purchased a new Escape this summer and had a loan with Ally. I found out that they were charging me interest every single day and knew that I would never get it paid off. I remember a loan I had with Alliance awhile ago and how when it was tough for me to make my payments, how they worked with me and gave me a payment I could pay. I went to Alliance and inquired about getting my loan away from Ally and have it through you. The wonderful woman who helped me was simple amazing. I don't remember her name, but she did tell me that she usually doesn't work at the Allen Park branch, but she usually at the Taylor branch. It was actually a first for both of us, her first car loan, and my first time actually getting a loan and paying off another at the same time. I really liked it 😊. She was VERY professional. I have told other people about the 5 star service you receive from each and every employee here. I love this place and everyone here and I want to say thank you to each and every one of you.   TRYING (keyword "trying") to cash a check given to me by a family member. Four lanes of drive-thru tellers and yet only one open. The line is out into the street. And it is taking 15 minutes or more per customer. Now, mind you, the governer is about to put a lockdown on for the state of Michigan. It takes 45 minutes and they still have me pull to the side and give me a hard time about getting my money. So an hour of my time, a headache, an unsuccessful call to customer service, and a service fee later I'm stuck wondering,"Why would anyone use this bank?"

  It's been almost 10 years since I banked there, after having been a customer for 5+ years. I still cringe everytime I drive past this place. Take your money and your financial needs elsewhere. This place is amateur hour.

  I have been a member since 1986, and would never go anywhere else.The employees are amazing. Love each and everyone of them. If I could I would go there everyday just to see them
