  My wife and I are very grateful to have worked with Allen and his assistant Amanda during the "stressful time" of buying a home. Prior to getting started, we were quite intimidated by the process. However, Allen's efforts to guide us through the process with clarity and patience helped us to actually enjoy the experience. He is a very detail oriented individual and this quality translates to a smooth process. Early in the process, Allen was able to predict some potential complications that we could have because of our specific circumstances. He went out of his way to insure that we were in a good position to move forward with confidence. Behind the scenes he also worked with our realtor in multiple areas. Our experienced realtor consistently praised Allen's work and told us that he would be her new top recommendation to others. I should add that the location of our new property is 4 hours away from Allen, yet he was still able to adapt and deal with the challenges of working in a different region. Lastly, we LOVED that all of the documentation could be completed quickly and easily through the programs utilized by MM.   Movement and Allen Minnick made purchasing a home easy. Although there were some hiccups along the way, they were corrected with a since of urgency and professionalism that was greatly appreciated. Communication throughout the process was easy with almost instant responses to emails, phone calls and text messages. Additionally they had the best mortgage rates. and their services were provided with sincerity and not a need to make a sale.
