  I agree incredibly rude, and unknowlegeable. I deposited a large sum for CD and was told I could withdraw my interest monthly since it was part of my monthly income. After 30 days, went to withdrawfirst month interest and was told interest was only paid quarterly. Had conversations with 3 people before deposited, explained I needed money monthly, was NEVER told it was quarterly.

  Since we have been members of this credit union we have had great customer service, help with loans, as well as other banking questions. Every employee we have been in contact with has been friendly & helpful.

  I've had an account for 1 year now, and they are the slowest bank I've ever had. Takes 20 minutes to cash a check. Never anybody at the drive through. Horrible customer service and online banking!
