If you ever put anything on layaway, unless you know your definitely going to be able to complete the purchase. I’ve never heard of a place taking your cash for a layaway and not being able to get a refund if your unable to get it out. My husband put $100 down on some tools. He recently lost his job, so he called to let them know he couldn’t afford it any longer and requested a refund, and was told no, you either make the purchase or the product goes back on the shelf. Sh&@!y business!!
