  Alex was amazing! So many people in our development had raved about his services, when we finally decided to refinance I sought out his assistance. I, we, couldn't be happier! Alex was able to lower our rate and payment in a super short amount of time. Even with my less than stellar credit, he was able to locate and get us into our optimal loan. One other thing I truly appreciate, Alex was very straightforward and endeavored to never waste either my time or his, while still being attentive and accommodating to our needs. Alex is incredibly capable, competent, and personable to boot! I would definitely work with him again in the future, as well as refer him to anyone I know.

  Alex was so great to work with! He helped my husband and I get a loan for our first home together. The loan rates he found us as a mortgage broker were more affordable for both monthly payment and APR compared to quotes from another lender. He put together a presentation with different loan options so we could review and compare the options side by side. He was always quick to respond with our questions.   My partner and I just bought our very first home and Alex was AMAZING to work with. I cannot recommend him enough! He was very communicative and explained the loan process in detail. For first time buyers (or anytime buyers really) he kept us informed of the market and kept us dialed in on each step of the way. I really appreciated it because we were taking a big step with such a large loan. He let us know what to expect and made it very comfortable to discuss finances (which we all know can be tough to talk about). Because Alex cared so much and kept in constant contact with us, I barely stressed at all. He was incredibly professional and I'm glad we were able to use his expert knowledge of the industry. Paperwork was a breeze and I honestly cannot emphasize how much I enjoyed working with him.

  We had a wonderful experience working with Alex! He has a great way of explaining the process, and we felt very comfortable going to him with any questions we had. From getting pre-approved to closing on our home, we always knew where we were at and what to expect next. He is super quick to respond and always on top of everything. After we got an offer accepted, there was an unforeseen circumstance on our end that added a little stress to closing. He managed it perfectly, talked through what would need to happen, and we ended up closing on time. He is extremely trustworthy and goes above and beyond for his clients.
