  I have purchased two houses now while using Amerisouth as my mortgage company. With both homes Casey Forester was my loan officer. He took care of everything and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done quickly and correctly. He was always available and eager to answer any of my questions even the ones that I asked twice. I would highly recommend Amerisouth.

  I moved from MA to NC recently and wanted a local mortgage company vs. A big bank. I called AmeriSouth and was put in touch with Casey Forester. The process was simple, approval was fast and I closed quickly on my new home. Casey was available every step of the way if I had questions. It was a great experience!

  I recently bought a home in Wilkesboro, NC. I lost my previous home to a house fire and had been searching for the right home for over 15 months. Rebecca Haas with AmeriSouth Mortgage Company worked with me every step of the way, up until closing and afterwards to ensure I was OK. She worked with my work schedule, communicated with me through texts, email, and phone calls. She took time to explain everything with me and went in detail over all the paperwork. Also, Cody Perry, whom works there as well, was wonderful to work with and took care of concerns that I had promptly.   Business must be good because I can't get a return call or email. I've made several attempts to get in touch with somone regarding a new home loan and no response. We went with another broker and had everything approved and ready to go in 24 hours.
