  ALCOVA Mortgage is excellent. Lynn Davis was professional, organized and a great communicator who kept me updated throughout the entire process. And she has follow-up skills that are second to none! ALCOVA uses digital capabilities which make the process even easier, with frequent reminders and communication on ‘next steps’. Securing a loan is often an anxiety provoking experience, but Lynn and ALCOVA actually made it pleasant and I would not hesitate to use them again!

  Mindy was phenomenal! I could not imagine doing this with out her. My husband and I called her many times and she always answered the phone and was so kind and patient no matter how many questions we asked. We had worked with another mortgage company originally and left due to lack of communication. After that experience, I never imagined finding someone as great as Mindy and ALCOVA. If you are looking for a Mortgage company, go through Mindy with ALCOVA. Can never recommend them enough.

  ALCOVA as been a great partner from a Realtor perspective, espcially Mason Isgrig imparticular. I personally focus on Luxury Homes in the Highlands/Cashiers area, and Mason and Alcova have been invaluable at locating variety of different products to help my loan specific clients compete in a cash-majority market from cash-out refinancing to jumbo loans. Mason has also helped many of my clients in other markets from first time home-buyers to income producing property.
