      Not eager to communicate. Buyer clients received notice from financial institution that the wire transfer had been completed. When I called to confirm receipt, (after 4 attempts to get a person on the phone) I was informed that everyone was in a meeting and wouldn’t be out for another hour! Really? Not one person in the building could step out and confirm (FOR THE SECURITY OF THE CLIENT) that the wire had been routed correctly and received???? Kind of funny given that their hold music is a lengthy diatribe about how WIRE FRAUD IS REAL, and steps that should be taken to avoid it. (This was one of those steps, by the way. Calling the Title Company to confirm.)

      There is a person there named Julie who is awesome and does a great job. We will for sure use her for all future needs. Wow!!! Amazing!!! Great communication, service, professional, attention to detail. The works!!!
