Been a customer of theirs for 4 years now. The service can be slow but they always make you feel welcome. Besides this is a small branch within the UAH campus a lot of slow down in service a due to foreign students trying to understand the tellers.

Never answer there phones. Called several times throught the day, no one answered or called back. It's not just this location, its the bank. I called other locations as well.

I went in at 4:40pm to open an account. They had me wait for 20 minutes, then told me they were closing and I needed to come back. Needless to say, I didn't.
