  Best website and app security. I have used online billpay since 2002. Never a problem, no funny business. Replaces your money within minutes of being a victim of card readers etc. I will never leave this credit union. Soars compared to others I have dealt with.

  After seeing how much their employees really care about each of their members, I will never turn to a big corporate bank again. They take the time to get to know you and always have your best interests at heart. LOVE this branch!!!

  Alabama Credit Union always has my best interests at heart! The Hoover location has got some of the best, most knowledgable staff - they even know my name every time I walk in the door! Wonderful experience every time!

  If you want the branch manager to treat you like your worthless this is the bank you. Brooke is hateful as ever. She doesn't know what customer service is.

  This credit union is horrible! They make it so hard to make a payment, and their "online payment" is a joke.

  Manager very rude when asked to give me a card for the bank account I opened. Avoid this place.
