  Pritchard Allen is the BEST! He was very informative, responsive and detailed! He listened to all of my questions and concerns with patience and professionalism.   Jonathan Robert was only person who was on top of things and who I could get response back in timely manner. If I hadn't be in time crunch to close, I would have pulled out and went with different lender.

  Easy to get in touch with Jonathan, he’s very Knowledgeable and able to explain things in layman’s terms so that we understood it. He was able to explain what he needed and worked with us so we could get it to him either via text or email.

  Everything, again from the call I got day 1 to the closing table and beyond the process has been seamless. Charlotte makes you feel like she is there beyond just the loan process but great advisor and explains it all to you, she doesn't miss anything. Again GREAT experience.

  I was attracted to loanDepot from how personal the television commercials were. The level of customer service, patience and warm feeling seen in the commercial was given to me by Charlotte Machado. My Mom passed away unexpectedly during my working with Charlotte and she made me feel like all was ok during her consultation with me. She gave me space but kept me up to date with information and documentation I needed to provide to her. I broke the golden rule of lending to not stop with the first mortgage company you find. Yet I couldn’t bring myself to do a full shop around for other lenders. Charlotte is a diamond, rare in professional and personal attributes. I’m proud to give exemplary feedback in working with her.
