  Al goes above and beyond! What a great broker. I needed to refinance my house. He basically saved my property in closing the deal within a short amount of time. I was going through a divorce and the clock was ticking for me the day the judgement was signed. Al is extremely fast, organized and thorough. He helped me to find the best loan. He took the time to explain all details how the process works and what the next steps were. He made sure that I understood everything.   This is the update for refinancing: This is the second time that we have worked with Al and in both times we were/are extremely happy. First original loan and then refinancing... In both cases, Al was very helpful, responded very timely manner, explained every steps in details and delivered what he had promised.   We have had distinct pleasure working with Al while purchasing our second home in Fairfield CA in 2017, Al has been referred by couple of my close friends who has worked with Al for their home purchases in the past. In the lender industry I came across a lot of false advertisement, over promise under deliver type of situations or surprises along the loan process. Al has been always upfront explaining overall process, highlighted potential risks and the impact of each and has been very diligent, thorough and persistent to close our deal. He clearly showed that he has done all he can for the best interest of us and we as a family truly appreciate Al for that. I would suggest Al as a great broker for all who are looking for a loan.

  Al is a pro. I needed to refinance and he walked me through ALL the steps. From finding the lowest rate possible to making sure I was able to sign during the short window I was physically in the US. I will use Al for all my home loans going forward!

  Al was like a Wizard when he recently helped me refinance my residence and investment property. The entire process was smooth and almost effortless as Al is great about emailing instructions in a step by step manner. This made it easy for me to gather all the necessary documents, scan and return to him. Al secured a great good faith interest rate and I was pleasantly surprised when the rates fell, he was able to secure a lower rate! What more can I say.... call Al!

  I highly recommend working with Al Sanli and Advantage funding. Al has the unique ability to leverage his connections to impact your mortgage process positively. (A few years ago, I used a mortgage broker other than Al on a different mortgage; while the experience was satisfactory, there were times in the process where I was uncertain about the status of specific issues which led to feelings of nervousness.) On the other hand, Al provided me every detail I requested giving me an unexpected confidence during the mortgage process. Every email was answered quickly and Al was always available by phone to explain complex issues. In summary, based on my experience it can make a HUGE positive difference if you choose Al Sanli as your mortgage broker.

  We have worked with Al Sanli to refinance our primary residence and investment property. He was able to get us great rates for both loans. Al is easy to work with, very patient and answered all of our questions. Both transactions went very smoothly. He arranged the subordination agreement for the second loan and got an exception for the occupancy requirements. He also assisted us write letters that the underwriter requested during loan approval. Even the title company notary came to our house in the evening at closing which was very convenient.
