  We just bought our first house and our realtor suggested to use Ben Yocca and AJM Mortgage for our loan. We are so glad we went with Ben Yocca. Our closing was less than 45 days and Ben was able to help us close and finished the loan right on time. From start to finish he was there for us, answered any question we had quickly and never left us hanging or in the dark about anything. He made sure we were covered and showed us multiple scenarios to ensure we picked the best rate and how much to put down. No matter what needed done on a mortgage aspect he made sure we knew what was happening and got it done. We seriously couldn’t have done this without Ben and we wouldn’t go with anyone else. He is extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable. I see horror stories where the bank needs additional information. We sent him all our information 1 time and he handled it from there. Honestly he is the best in the business and you will not regret working with him and his team at AJM Mortgage.

  I'm a realtor and when one of my cash deals proved to need financing, we were already three weeks into the transaction and starting over was going to delay things. Ben promised he would do all he could to insure we closed as quickly as possible and completely delivered!
