  Love that the website showed straightforward information without having to share personal information. Everything went smooth...and you can’t beat their rates!!! I constantly tried to find something better and many loan companies could even get close to the rate they were offering. I have already recommend them to others!

  My main complaint is that AIM loan is extremely slow about responding to customer emails on their website. It would take them at least a month to reply back or I would not hear from them at all. I left a review about this on their website but it was never posted. They seem to post only positive reviews on their website which is not an accurate reflection of how ALL customers feel. They should be able to take constructive criticism and make necessary improvements rather than dismissing it altogether. UPDATE 3/30/18 After my last review, AIM loan replied with an apology saying they care about providing good customer service. I decided to give them another chance by sending them more secure messages in my account portal. I suspected their apology might be superficial and sure enough, I am very disappointed to report that my suspicion was true. THEY HAVE NOT LEARNED THEIR LESSON AND THEY SURE DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR EXPECTATIONS OF PROVIDING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't even expect good customer service, just provide any kind of customer service. AIM loan remains to be the worst vendor I have ever dealt with simply because they continue to ignore my messages. How can I get anything done when I am waiting for an answer that will never come? Apparently, they are not sorry after all. After I am done paying off my mortgage, I will certainly not do further business with them. I will also start sharing my terrible experiences with all of my contacts. I'd rather pay higher fees and rates with another vendor who will respect and answer my questions in a timely manner.

  We have used Aimloan multiple times already and always received unbeatable rates and top notch service. We especially like that we are made aware of each step of the process via email updates. They are very philanthropic, as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Aimloan to everyone.

  Great direct lender not subject to the new Fannie/Freddie fees on mortgages. However, they will only originate for CA located properties. Their online quote process is efficient and accurate. What you see is exactly what you get. AimLoan does not sell your loan onward (at least for High FICO score loans) and they use their own servicing company Dovenmouhele mortgage. This is my 5th loan with them, and they continue to have better pricing and service than any of the loan brokers I've used in the past. Dovenmouhele's web site for loan service is also quite good. All info you could possibly need is available on that site (I currently have two loans active with them). On the service front, AimLoan cut the loan origination charge by $100 when the original loan processor quit and was replaced with another. The communication was excellent throughout the process. They also were much more flexible on my 2nd home refinance than a Fannie/Freddie Mortgage broker, because at 143 miles away from my primary residence, is located just inside the 150 mile limit for a second home. The interest rate differential between a second home and an investment property can be significant, so their flexibilty as a direct lender again came into focus clearly for my situation. I wholeheartedly continue to recommend AimLoan, and am a satisfied repeat customer.

  I was pleased with the AimLoan process. Transparent and a lower rate than my bank was offering. They kept me posted on the progress of the loan processing. I had to inquire about the appraisal appointment but it was arranged quickly after my inquiry.

  I liked the fact that I was kept informed about where I was in the process; I received numerous emails stating which stage of the process my loan application was at and what to expect during the next steps. We closed our loan on time and without unexpected surprises. AimLoan had the lowest interest rate I could find in the market while I was shopping around for the best rate.

  I refinanced my home in Washington State. The process was painless and quick. Jacob helped me through each step and was patient (this was my first time refinancing). I chose Aimloan because the rate was the lowest, and I was pleased to find out their team was very fast and responsive!

  I do not recommend this mortgage loan company. They have a very poor communication and you'll get email from 6 different people about your process. They will pull your credit multiple times, a process that should not take longer than 30 days they had taken 3 months. The final signing comes in, they take your check, cash it and then come back that the loan couldn't be finalize. No response about the money!!! Total scams!
