      If I could give zero stars I would!! I spoke with Arricka back in May to repair my credit. After further thinking I decided I was no longer interested in her services and decided to work on my credit on my own. Well come to find out she has been charging my bank EVERY month since we cancelled services. I highly do not recommend using this service at all!!

      Hi Melissa, I was very sorry this billing problem happened. It was in a transitional time when I stopped doing my own billing and started having someone do it for me. The reason they didn’t know to cancel your services was because you didn’t give us the cancellation form from your contract. However you got a full refund and I was happy you let me know about this issue. As far as services we didn’t have your account long enough to make any progress. You were very pleasant every time I spoke to you so finding this was a surprise.
