  I had the pleasure to work with Bob Kopf from AIM and he was incredible. I have used Chase Bank prior and they were fine but Bob went above and beyond to explain everything in detail. Bob was completely transparent and up front with every cost as well as very patient to answer all my questions. Bob and the team was always just a call away and I never felt like I was alone in the process. He was patient in answering all my questions, provided quality responses, and just understood my scenario.   We purchased our new home and then went through a refinance on it all within one year, and we used AIM both times -- we would recommend them to anyone! Bob is extremely patient, helpful, and goes way beyond the minimum to take care of his clients. If we ever decide to move again, AIM is the only mortgage company we will consider.

  Bob Kopf of Affordable Interest Mortgage is, without a doubt, the one to go see for your next home loan or refinance. Bob walks you thru the process step by step, making sure you understand each one. Need to figure out to get a copy of a bank statement, Bab will spell it out. Bob is just the first face you will see at AIM. The rest of the staff are as friendly and helpful as Bob. My refinance was easy and quick, closing within a very short time. Highly recommend this team for your next home loan.

  I wouldn't normally review a mortgage company but working with AIM on our refinance recently went so well that I wanted to share my experience. First they came out to our house to meet and sign paperwork at times that were convenient to us including the closing on a Saturday evening to accommodate my wife's work schedule. Throughout the entire process they went above and beyond what I think most brokers would do to get us into the mortgage we needed. Communication was great and the underwriting process was relatively painless because of the work they did up front. If the occasion comes up they will be my only recommendation.
