  Quite frankly I was helpless! Shane & Vinny helped to work with my sons on my release. Not an easy task considering one son lives in Ohio & the other in Manhattan. My high bail had me & my family discouraged, however these guys were able to have my sons & myself come up with a reasonable down payment & pay the rest over the course of the next several months. When I was released Shane was there waiting to help with more details, my car was impounded 40 minutes away & they would only take cash. Shane gracefully offered to take me to an ATM and brought me to my vehicle. Talk about going above & beyond!!! Hope to never use the service again, however if you do, these are the guys!

  Shaine & Derrick were very efficient with responding and very professional it was good to know that I felt comfortable with calling a company that helped me out with my very 1st encounter with a situation with a family member.   I want to take a minute and express how I feel about this company. These gentlemen are kind and professional. They made me feel so comfortable with the process. No judgment and they are there for you every step of the way. So thankful for the kindness and professionalism at one of worst times in my life.

  Unprofessional, not helpful office and people working here. Do not recommend. They are scammers. Please note, they do not do business in New Haven. They do not have an office in new haven. Please be aware with this agency. I will also put a claim with the state. Please be aware. I had the weirdest, awful and gross experience ever!

  This seems like the opposite of everything we actually do. It's almost as if bondsman are bitter its ok there's enough for everyone. I have a vehicle that can travel to new haven and 2 bondsman that do live in the area. I'm not sure what the point of this review is other than to defame us.

  I do not recommend. Unless you something small needs to be resolve. (Small job for small people, kinda thing). Also, they only have an office in Hartford and to complete any final paperwork/process in Hartford. New Haven County for them apparently is a hassle (not as advertised, NO office or bondsman on site (New Haven area) which again they advertise it as they do. Additionally, in terms of the process and understanding within the judicial, CI’s and bonding system process is evident that there’s a tremendous lack of knowledge and incompetence. Making any ordeal a circus, stressful and horrific.

  Absolutely efficient.! all docs for signing! upscale way to do it.!Affordable interfaces well with all parties.Really great work by no joke bondsman.! A keeper .They are there for you.

  First, they do not have an office in New Haven as advertised (they closed). They do business in Hartford area. The guy is a slime ball, not trustworthy, rude, unprofessional and incompetent to do any kind of bond process. Obviously the person managing this has no idea what his doing. Do not recommend!

  Hey Joe! We do business in New Haven almost every evening. We do coach and train our bondsmen on how to handle every situation. I’d love to learn more about how one of our bondsmen may have fallen short on expectations. Please call in and ask for a manager so we can discuss this in detail. I'd love to hear what happened. Its odd because we write 100's of bonds a month in New Haven and somebody with 3 whole reviews sure has alot to say.

  Very affordable would recommended to anyone in the CT area if your looking for a bondsman they are great to deal with and can always count on to get the job done
