  I’d give zero stars if I could. Worst banking experience ever. They issued me a new card- it’s not activated. I spent 30 minutes on the phone getting it activated. Then my PIN I gave them is not correct. Nobody seems to know what they are doing

  The folks at the Bedminster location are very polite, courteous and professional. Their facility is clean and the services that Affinity offers are fantastic! Affinity, please, open a location closer to me!

  Avoid the Basking Ridge location at all cost. It is a training facility where positive customer relations do not exist and the staff stumbles through even the simplest transaction .

  The New Brunswick office is very polite and efficient. The parking is disgusting. The hours need to include a late night somewhere in the area.

  Good local bank that is getting better all the time. I just wish they had better commercials and marketing because it makes you embarrassed to be a member.
