  I've now worked with Travis and his team for a second time, largely due to the quality of service they provide. Travis has been an excellent ally throughout the mortgage process, always happy to answer questions and provide multiple options. I never once felt pressured by Travis, or his team, and he has even provided advice which I believe was counter to his own interests - to ensure that I got the right loan for my family. I rarely recommend people that I work with, but I honestly cannot rate Travis and the Southwest Funding team highly enough. If there was a 6-star option, I'd be selecting that.

  I worked with Travis Scott at Southwest Funding when purchasing our new home in Texas. When my original lender wasn't able to meet out timeline for purchase my realtor, Alvin Reed, recommended Travis and Southwest Funding. Travis was quick to respond and got the loan process started right away. He provided multiple purchase options which gave us lot of flexibility in how we funded the property and he even sent us a video walking us through the options. I really appreciated that as it gave me plenty of time to review and choose the right product. Southwest Funding made the loan process straight forward and easier than any mortgage experience I've ever had. Travis kept us in the loop throughout the process and even showed up at the closing with a complimentary bottle of his micro brew beer. That's right, in addition to being a top notch mortgage specialist he also brews his own beer! I wholeheartedly recommend Travis Scott and Southwest Funding for all of your mortgage needs, you won't be sorry. They're a first class operation with great loan products to offer along with excellent customer service.

  Travis and his team were very helpful with helping my husband and I finance our first home. Getting a mortgage can be stressful but the team was quick to respond and provide updates.   This was our first home and we had no idea what we were doing! We had shopped around a bit for lenders and Travis Scott with Southwest Funding was SO personable and thorough from the beginning to after we closed. Other companies we talked to sent us through 5 different people with a list of to-do emails and we were so confused, but when we talked to Travis with Southwest he was straight forward and not overwhelming at all, maybe thats due to his casual (yet professional), friendliness but we felt like we could ask him anything! And he answered most of our questions with super helpful explanatory videos! Which was so necessary when you're a newbie to home buying! Definitely recommend them!

  My wife and I worked with Travis for our refinance, and the experience was nothing short of awesome. This is the second time we've been through a refinance, and it was hands down the smoothest mortgage transaction we've been involved in. Not only did Travis and the Southwest Funding team make the process simple by efficiently coordinating and communicating what was needed from us, but he also went above and beyond to provide us with a variety of options that were tailored to our individual needs. It was reassuring to work with a lender who clearly places customer needs as the top priority in what could easily have been a challenging process. It was quick and painless from start to finish. One of the details that really meant the most to my wife and I was that Travis was present at closing to answer any additional questions. This is the 5th house we've closed on, and we have NEVER had a lender present at closing. That sealed the deal that we will be using Travis and Southwest Funding for all of future mortgage needs.
