  Austin and his team were so great to work with! They were able to get us approved for the amount we needed and with a low interest rate that allowed our payments to be affordable. The whole office was great with communication and answering any questions we had. They were very knowledgeable about VA loans (which not many loan officers are in this area) and made sure we used every benefit we qualified for. I will definitely use them for any future financing needs and highly recommend them!

  Brent and his team went above and beyond. Our loan was extremely difficult due to the type of property that we are buying. However Brent took the challenge head on and went to bat for us several times. Spent countless hours on the phone with me and the under writers... He always made sure to make certain that we understood everything every step of the way.... I will recommend him every time I talk to anyone looking to purchase a home:)

  Brent Dodge has been one of the best Mortgage Loan Officers I have ever worked with. He has gone above and beyond in helping my husband and I purchase our home. He even went as far as to help us with finding a home warranty plan. He was great about giving us daily and weekly updates. I would return and use him with every home we purchase in the future. I also would recommended him to anyone looking at purchasing a home!

  We worked with Brent Dodge and his team on a real estate purchase our clients made on this house in Sugar City. It was a pleasure working with them. The are knowledgeable, attentive to details, and their follow-up and follow-through is top notch. They are in Preston Idaho but you'd never know they weren't right down the street. I highly recommend them for home loans anywhere in Idaho!

  If I could give these guys 100 stars I would! They were so awesome to work with and really went above and beyond to get us into our first home. They were so great about answering the thousands of questions I had during to whole process to help me understand everything, with this being our first time buying we didn't know what to expect. Our situation wasn't the easiest to deal with and they really pulled through. High recommended!! :)
