  It's pretty hard to imagine anyone working harder to cover every detail and ensure a seamless close than Ethan. He's literally the most thorough, thoughtful and determined person I have worked with in any context. We have no doubt in our minds we received the best possible rate with the least costs (We did our homework, too!) with our loan. Combine that with a genuinely nice guy and you can't miss with Ethan. I recommend him with enthusiasm to anyone I know who's looking for a loan.

  This is the second time my wife & I have used Ethan to refinance our mortgage. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. He is up front with you, speaks plainly & honestly, and answers any questions in a timely manner. We would speak on a daily or weekly basis, so that we knew what to expect. Any meetings take place on your schedule, and at your home if you prefer, which is especially helpful right now during this pandemic. We would recommend Ethan to anyone.

  We have worked with Ethan Baumholtz twice. Once for our original home purchase, and recently for a refinance. Both times Ethan was wonderful.   This was by far the best experience I ever had with the mortgage process from beginning to end. I had absolutely zero issues and will never use anyone other than Ethan for any future transactions. Ethan's customer service went above and beyond my expectations, but what I am most thankful for was the friendship we formed over the past few weeks.

  We worked with Ethan on a home refinance. From the beginning, I knew that Ethan had our best interests in mind and that he would not recommend a refinance for us if it did now make sense. Fortunately he was able to structure the loan that it ended up benefitting us greatly. Ethan was extremely easy to work with and was on top of all facets of the process from beginning to end. We met with him on 2 occasions, and beyond being extremely detail oriented, he is a really good person and working with him was a pleasure.

  Ethan has done two refinance mortgages for me. The first time, I didn’t know Ethan, but, he assured me that I would not regret using him to refinance. His assurance turned out to be an understatement! Ethan worked tirelessly to get my refinance done in three weeks. It didn’t matter what time of day, Ethan was available to answer any questions I had, and I had many. The refinance was as smooth and seamless as he said it would be. So, when I needed to refinance again, there was no question who I was going to call! Not only does Ethan know the mortgage business inside and out, he truly is a good man and I trust him completely. He is an absolute workhorse and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home! ***UPDATE*** Ethan just completed a third mortgage for me and my wife. Over the last 10 years and three mortgages, Ethan and I have become friends. One might assume that since we are now friends, Ethan would feel comfortable enough to not work as hard as he did on the first two mortgages. This was absolutely not the case. Once we decided that this was the right thing for my family (there were several times where Ethan advised me against refinancing because it didn't make sense for me. In other words, he talked me out of letting him making money!) he was on it. Within a day Ethan was at our house with the paperwork in hand to be signed. I know I said this in my previous review, but, this guy just works! He works hard for his client. I have had the pleasure of recommending several people to Ethan and they have all experienced the same results! If you are buying a house or refinancing and not using Ethan, you're making a huge mistake!
