  Every experience I've had at this branch and with Adventure Credit Union has been positive. We've been members for almost 30 years back to when they changed their name to Adventure. I would recommend the Grandville branch and the credit union as a whole for anyone looking for a place to manage their money.

  Been with this credit union since the 80's when it used to be Bell Com credit union they used to be the best credit union sorry to say its the absolute worst now. Saturdays you can't go in the bank even before 1 and talk to a real human being. When there are associates working the counter they are rude, not helpful. There is no customer service at all. I just got hacked for the 2nd time THIS YEAR and I barely use the card when I called the associate told me I have to call back later with no explanation.

  If I could leave negative stars I would. This is the most inept and poorly run business I have had the displeasure to work with. They have proven over and over that they have no idea how to take care of their customers. They moved, so I called and asked for updated info so I could make sure they were getting my car payments. The person I spoke to gave me a mailing address, WHICH HAD NO MAILBOX! How can a business have no mailbox orail delivery service?! So then they charged me late fees. They also charged me for car insurance, which I brought in papers previously to show them I had! My coverage had never lapsed and I sent them proof twice. The employees said multiple times "oh it's taken care of. You should have a credit to your account soon." Nope. Went in again just toake sure things were actually taken care of, and none of it had been resolved! These people are totally inept and have no business handling other people's money.

  They dont even deserve 1 star. Had to cash a check sO we had money and rushed to the bank to cash it pulled in at 11:59 on a Saturday and the lady was locking the door as I parked and i went to the door and she said once the door is locked she cant open it, I told her please if I dont cash the check I'm broke she said sorry, I asked if i could cash it at the drive through real quick she said not unless you have a ATM card at the ATM. been a customer for over 10 years and this is by far the worst branch ever and I hope karma pays them back for being rude and inconsiderate

  I love this branch. The tellers are incredibly friendly and always helpful. Especially Kitty! Ralph is great at helping us manage our finances!!

  Reviewing for my mom. Very rude teller this afternoon. My mom had many questions about her banking and she was not helpful at all and lacked respect.

  Great experience so far with Adventure CU and have been a member for over 2 years now.. Friendly staff and good hours of operation
