  Completed a new car loan with AdventHealth Credit Union. This was a impressively easy process! LaShawn C is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! She took care of every detail. Even when I needed things completed within a few hours, she was amazing and completed the loan all the way to Certified Check seamlessly. Her customer service is ON POINT!! With the help of Avery at the Orlando Branch...my new car transaction was complete. Avery elevated the level of customer service by going way above and beyond. I felt like these two were working just for me! I will turn to AdventHealth Credit Union for all my future financial needs...I am very impressed!

  Praise report for Juan! He was instrumental in such a smooth process during my recent car loan. He explained thoroughly, instructed carefully, was patient and went above and beyond to ensure I was not delayed in purchasing the car. He spoke to multiple finance representatives to clarify the need for this transaction. Juan also coordinated the pick up of the check with the dealership.   Juan here really went all out in showing me my options for a Car purchase. I have almost no credit history and every lot would give me around 30% APR!! But with his help, and the dedication of the whole AHCU team, I was able to roll off the lot with the car of my dreams and with a reasonable interest rate to boot!   Amazing Service at AdventHealth Credit Union 👍👏 I worked with Milagros and she helped me with a refinance, credit card app, and car purchase, and provided amazing service through each step of the process.   I've been a member of the AHCU since 2004 so now that we're looking at another vehicle, they were our first choice. Juan has been very responsive to my questions and prompt with the answers. BTW - the interest rate is really good.

  Talk about the easiest services to receive. Request for an auto loan was easy and simple. Mellie was a great help in providing all the information I needed to move forward with a loan. Super helpful and quick replies to my emails provided an easy communication. I recommend AdventHealth Credit Union.
