  so michael kelly and becky were amazing! i refinanced my vehicle and I though it would be complicated. They made it so simple. And both were so easy to get ahold of. They basically held my hand thru it. So glad I came here. If you are needing to refinance then read no more you have found your place!! Thanks guys

  I’ve used this credit union since I moved here in 2006. They have always been great! When I had some issues concerning depositing an out-of-state check, they went to great lengths to help. The fees are small, including their identity protection, and they are very friendly. I don’t know why anyone uses a regular bank instead of a credit union, you are throwing away your money! And this one is wonderful! Although I will say I don’t like the new name - it sounds like it was created by a p.r. committee and not thoroughly vetted, and it’s hard to remember as it’s not a real word - but the colors are great, and the business is too so I’ll let the new name go.

  I bank through a credit union, because of this when I came over in the morning before work they refused me service. This is because the bank is only open for the first hour of the day for people that have an account directly at the bank. Secondly I needed a cashiers check, I understood there would be a fee since I didn't have an account with the bank. To my surprise their was no fee because their policy outright refused my request for a cashiers check. These two policies were created by the bank's CEO in order to create an incentive for people to open an account with them. In this instance all it bought them was a 1 star review. I imagine there are other annoying policies they have instated to punish people for not having an account directly with them. I personally recommend that you go to another bank so you don't have to figure out for yourself.

  Hello Jackson, We’re sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience at JCFCU. Transactions for shared branch members can only be completed inside our branches and not via the drive thru. The hours for the lobby and drive thru often differ, which is why the drive thru was open to members when you arrived. And while we are happy to serve our shared branch members, the services we can provide are limited and not the same as those available to JCFCU members.   I've been with them for more than 20 years and these people are great. They've helped my children finance cars and us too. Always friendly and willing to help for all financial needs.

  This is by far the most incompetent financial entity I have ever dealt with. As a local attorney with a successful business, I am appalled at the lack of professionalism exhibited by this Credit Union. In one week of attempting to do business with this place, they have lost my units loan application, told me confirmation numbers "don't mean anything to us", failed to return phone calls over multiple days, told me I could only speak with the lady who took my application who was out of the office (despite the fact that I had purchased a vehicle a needed to coordinate with the dealership), did not understand what a "profit and loss statement" was for a business owner, provided inconsistent information about what records they needed from me, to finally making an appointment for me to come to a branch where I discovered upon arrival there were multiple people shcuedled to see my loan officer. THIS PLACE HAS LOW RATES BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If you have anything more than simple W-2 wages and simple banking needs, stay far, far away from this credit union. You would be better off paying cash for everything and putting your savings under your mattress. Oh and while I was waiting, one of their tellers was loudly mocking an Asian accent while describing a recent dinner experience.

  I've been with them since 1993 and never had the first problem! I've moved and wish they were closer but I still travel when I need something! Always excellent service!

  I'm not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. I've been with them for almost 10 years and they have been super helpful. The tellers are friendly and I've never had an issue.
